The Executive Whisperer, a boutique practice, is about Executives steadily gaining insight and developing alternative ways of operating in contrast with their current problematic behaviours. It is an extension of executive coaching.

Denis' specific expertise is in working with Senior Executives to get beyond the "noise" of current limiting behaviours and illuminate their underlying causes, for example, bullying, sexism, low self esteem. The Practice also recognises the current blurring between work and home and addresses issues previously considered "personal", for example, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, and life cycle distress. Recent assignments have included executive "grooming", that is, working with high potential executives to address the one or two behaviours which are potential roadblocks to promotion. Denis' approach is discrete, confidential and conducted away from the clients workplace.
Denis brings a unique set of skills through his own career in senior management roles, extensive coaching experience with senior executives and formal qualifications in counselling, coaching and psychotherapy. Over the past fifteen years Denis has become one of Australasia's most experienced executive developers. His clients have included Federal Cabinet Ministers, Chairmen and CEO's of publicly listed organisations, Partners and Managing Partners of the Big 4 Accounting Firms, Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries within both State and Australian Public Service organisations and a Chief Judge. He has over 7500 hours of '1 on 1' improvement sessions with senior executives.
Clients of The Executive Whisperer typically report significant improvements in their overall wellbeing and consequent performance gains, which provide the enterprise with its return on investment.

About
Denis commenced his career with IBM. Following several years as a leading Sales Executive, he was a presenter on IBM's Presidential and Executive Education programs, was appointed Manager of Marketing Training and was one of their youngest ever State Managers when he was promoted to South Australian Branch Manager

Upon leaving IBM, Denis joined Deltak Inc., a Chicago based IT skills consulting company. He was the Asia Pacific Vice President with responsibility for the Australian and New Zealand Operations, distributors throughout Asia and a joint venture company in Japan. A keen participator in IT & T industry development, for many years Denis was Deputy Chairman of the Australian Information Industry Association Education and Training Committee.
In 1991 Denis established his own consultancy practice, PEPworldwide, to respond to a gap he identified in the marketplace - the need for individuals to develop "best practice" around their personal work processes. Dedicated to changing forever the way people work, Denis has grown the business to have representation in all major markets in Australia and New Zealand and licensed partners in Japan, Singapore, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Korea, Hong Kong and greater China. This practice is now being managed by his long term business Partners.
